Raymond Favela Sr. is a certified licensed dispensing Optician by the Medical Board of The State of California and is the founding inspiration of World Optic. Since 1947, as a young boy, Mr. Favela has been involved with the production of eyeglasses deriving innovative techniques to address eyewear needs.
Ray Favela Jr. has degrees in Business and Fine Arts from the University of Southern California. Ray, like his father, has been fortunate enough to be involved in the Ophthalmic industry from a very young age. Under the guidance of his father Ray has been groomed to understand ophthalmic principles as well as materials and apply them to create quality eyewear. Ray looks to bridge old school service and quality with efficiency and innovative technology.
