Warranties and Policies

Even though there are some common repairs, every repair is unique to its given element, which includes the material, engineering and cause. Below are policies, warranties and turn around time. World Optic does not assume responsibility for any damage incurred during transportation or processing. However, we do take every precaution possible to ensure the safety of all eyewear during processing and transportation from our facility. In the event of an accident, World Optic will do everything in its power to attain a quick and viable resolution.

Turn Around Time:

We repair all eyewear within 24 to 48 hours of receiving approval and payment, unless there is a stipulation with the job at hand; In which case we will contact you with the options available for that job. Considering shipping and labor, an average of 3 to 7 business day duration may be an estimated time of delivery.


Most of our work is guaranteed with a one year warranty, at no charge, on any part(s) that we have worked on. We will notify you with any exceptions.

Prescription Lenses:

We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on the prescription of lenses we make. Everyone is human and many factors tie into providing an eye exam. Every now and then prescriptions provided by doctors are not as accurate as they could be. If there are any inaccuracies with the prescription provided by your doctor, simply provide us a corrected version of your prescription within 30 days and we will redo your eyewear one time at no charge. Anti Reflective Coatings:

All of our Anti-Reflective Coatings have a one year warranty to cracking, chipping or pealing. In the event of a defective coating within the warranty measure, simply return your eyewear and the coating will be removed and re-applied once at no charge. Click Here for our Returns and Exchange page.

Exchanges and Returns on Parts:

World Optic offers a 30 Day Return Period on parts and lens orders. If an issues requires attention, it is the customers responsibility to address the issue within 30 days of the pick up or shipped date. World Optic will work with customer to assure that the issue has been resolved adequately and fair. World Optic will do everything possible to assure a thorough resolve, but it is the customers responsibility to assure that the issue was resolved or if further action is needed immediately.

If an exchange, refund or store credit is required; Once World Optic has received the items back in perfect condition (at World Optic’s discretion) World Optic will credit, replace with correct product or issue refund or store credit per World Optic discretion.

If customer cannot wait the duration of the process of an exchange, another viable option would be to purchase the product again and we will issue a refund upon receiving the returned item(s) back in perfect condition. Click Here for our Returns and Exchange page.

Items Not Claimed:

World Optic has a five contact attempt process, using the information provided on our order forms. We will make every attempt to contact the Item owners. However, World Optic is not responsible for Items that are not claimed after 30 days.

Canceled Orders:

There are no cancellation fees prior to process the order. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
